Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika or Italian seasoning (optional topping)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pound chicken breasts to an even 3/4-inch thickness and place them in the baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, covering the tops completely. Sprinkle paprika or Italian seasoning on top if desired.
  • Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before serving to lock in juiciness.

Notes

Resting the chicken after baking is crucial—this allows the juices to redistribute, keeping it moist and tender. For extra flavor, sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning before baking.
