Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless preferred
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed tablespoons Olive oil For grilling

For the Sauce

  • ¼ cup peach preserves
  • 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the peach preserves and chili garlic sauce until well combined.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brush with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Grill the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  • During the last minute of grilling, brush the chicken with the peach and chili mixture.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure your grill is hot enough for good sear marks. You can marinate the chicken in the peach-chili sauce for 30 minutes beforehand for more flavor. Alternate cooking method: Air fry at 375°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
