- Main Ingredients
- 1 wheel (8–12 oz) brie cheese (keep rind on)
- 2 tablespoons honey (wildflower or clover recommended)
- ¼ cup mixed nuts, roughly chopped (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme (optional, for garnish)
- For Serving
- crackers (buttery, whole grain, or water crackers)
- sliced baguette or crusty bread
- fresh apple or pear slices (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Bosc, or Anjou)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small oven-safe baking dish or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unwrap the brie and place it in the center of the prepared dish. Do not remove the rind.
Using a sharp knife, lightly score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern. This helps the cheese heat evenly and allows honey to seep in.
Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Add a rosemary or thyme sprig if desired.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese feels soft and gooey in the center and the nuts are golden. Avoid overbaking.
Let the brie rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with extra honey if desired and serve warm with crackers, bread, and fruit.
