Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup croutons, slightly crushed
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • fresh lemon juice, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons.
  • Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss gently until evenly coated. Season with black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
  • Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10–15 seconds between damp paper towels so they are soft and easy to roll.
  • Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly between the tortillas. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  • Optional: Place wraps seam-side down in a hot, dry skillet and cook for about 1 minute per side until lightly golden.
  • Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
